It was only a few months back when I went to an event by The Digital Movement. It was a fruitful, enriching evening spent with Andreas Weigend and local web 2.0 enthusiasts that culminated with a night out at Lau Pa Sat. Since then, i've been looking forward to this next event....

Nexus 2007.

An event that discusses the fundamental changes happening in key areas of technology and business, and how you can take the lead and leverage on them. The key focus of the even is globalization, citizen journalism, Web 2.0 and the mobile web explosion.
More than just a conference, Nexus marks the rise of a community of fun and ambitious young professionals and entrepreneurs. And we should all be part of it!

It's really exciting because amongst the speaker list are:

  • Saw Ken Wye, Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Microsoft Asia Pacific
  • Steve Russell, President & CEO, salesforce.com Asia Pacific
  • Andreas Weigend, Former Chief Scientist of Amazon
  • Kathy Teo, Vice President, CNets Direct International
  • Nat Torkington, Editor, OReily Radar , Member, Perl Foundation Board
  • James Seng, Partner, Tandem Advisors LLP, Editor, Tomorrow.sg
  • David Dan, Consult DSquare, Former President of Intel China
  • Girija P. Pande, Head Asia Pacific, Tata Consultancy Services Limited
  • Farzad Naimi, CEO and Founder, Litescape, Genesys Labs

Truth be told, even if the speakers are people you haven't heard of(you havent?!), the sheer presence of other enthusiastic young entrepreneurs will be sufficient to make the event one worth going!

So don't wait. Click here and register!

See you there!
