I say this because I think many people don’t treat their finances like they do their business finances. I was guilty of that too. It was always important to keep the business finances healthy because you’ve got to present it to someone…but when it came to personal finances, I had that notion of, “There’s no one to report to…so it’s doesn’t really affect anyone does it?” But it does. It affects you. The individual. One day you’ll wake up and you’ll be pretty broke and surrounded with things you don’t need. Next thing you know, you’re in debt(especially if you keep flashing that little piece of plastic) There are a lot of money management articles online pertaining to debt management primarily focusing on how to reduce your expenditure so that with the same amount of cash coming in, you can repay your debts faster. If you’re read Robert Kiyosaki’s books, you’ve probably heard it a million times. *sponsored post* | | No comments for this item |

There’s been a recent spate of phonecalls from insurance agents lately – mostly trying to bait me into having a meeting with them so that they can present to me their wealth creation policies or to see if I’m interested to become a financial advisor.
Surfing around the Net, I realize there’s more than just the normal few types of insurance that we hear about. You can insure parts of your limbs and parts of your businesses. (I thought it was a figure of speech when they said, “These fingers are insured.”) There are of course the normal insurance types like
One of the online sites insure121.com is a UK-based insurance company that offers pet insurance , home insurance , travel insurance and also cheap car insurance . In fact they’ve got something that I’ve never heard of until now…Caravan insurance.
Heh, I’ve never bought insurance online before except for this one time where I was given a free $5000 insurance last year. I don’t even know what it does for me! Anyhow, as I grow up, I begin to understand why there’s a need to insurance – it’s not just for myself but more for relieving the financial burden on those around me should something unfortunate happen.
“When shit hits the fan…You better have an umbrella.”
I have no idea where that came from. Haha
